After months of indecision, not to mention the challenge of creating a blog, I’m ready to post my first cards. I am taking the plunge and linking my first card to The Holly and the Ivy Christmas Challenge whose theme is Anything Christmas Goes.
A sparkly word die cut from The Works and some cute penguins for my first card (which originally I had intended to enter into the 'Joy' challenge at CAS Christmas but I was too late by the time I'd figured out how to link and add pics to my blog! )
The second card's image came from a freebie stamp from the front of a magazine. I coloured it using watercolour pencils and added the sentiment, also from a magazine. I finished it with a die cut frame.
I have not been card making very long but confess to being hooked!
